• All payments for services, including deposits and full payments, are non-refundable once rendered.

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, rescheduling may be allowed with sufficient notice (24 hours), but is subject to availability.

Prepaid Packages

• Prepaid service packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service upon approval by EBS
