Order Tracking

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• EBS is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

• Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. EBS is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
