• All appointments must be booked in advance. A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a $25 late fee.

• EBS reserves the right to refuse service if we believe it is not in the best interest of the client or violates our ethical guidelines.

3. Payments

• Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise specified.

• We accept Cherry Finance, Care Credit, Afterpay, Klarna, All credit cards, and cash.

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Product Purchases

• All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges may be offered for defective or damaged products within 7 days of purchase.

• EBS is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by improper use of products.

5. Shipping Policy

• Refer to our Shipping Policy for details on processing, delivery times, and fees. EBS is not liable for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
